FlipWrite 是一个手写日记的 iOS app：你在纸上写，翻回来拍一张，它读你的字并回你一封短信。写永远免费；付费买的是回信。
免费与 Premium
- 永远免费：选题、翻面计时、「写了就算」、归档、导出（含原页）、设置。
- Premium（一档全含）：读 + 回信、周信、带记忆的出题与回信、明早推送、导入旧本子（每年含 1000 页）。
订阅
- Premium 经 App Store 自动续订订阅购买：$14.99 / 月 或 $99.99 / 年（其他地区按 App Store 显示的当地价格）。
- 两个方案都含 7 天免费试用，从你第一次点「读一下，给我回信」并确认订阅时开始。试用结束时按所选方案扣费，之后每期到期前 24 小时内自动续订，除非你在那之前取消。
- 取消：iOS 设置 › 你的 Apple 账户 › 订阅。取消后仍可用到当期结束，不退当期。
- 退款由 Apple 处理（reportaproblem.apple.com）。
- 创作者兑换码（offer code）按码上写的期限给免费期，每个 Apple 账户只能兑换一次；到期后按所选方案续订。
- 订阅过期后写照常；「读一下」会再次出现订阅页，不会生成你读不到的回信。
配额
每人每天：读信 6 次、「根据我最近写的」出题 3 次、周信 2 次。导入旧本子每年含 1000 页。超出会看到一句提示，不会扣费。
回信是什么、不是什么
- 回信由模型生成：至多三句，引用你自己的一个短语，一个问题。它不给建议、不安慰、不评价、不诊断。它不是医疗、心理或法律意见。
- 唯一的例外：当你写的内容里有自伤或伤人的信号，回信下面会出现一行当地求助热线。这不是诊断，只是一行电话。
- 手写识别会出错。读不清的字用 [?] 标出；明显的拼写会被改并列出来；名字、数字、日期不改。转录可以随时改。
你的内容
你写的一切都是你的。我们不拥有它，不分享它，不用它训练模型，只用它来给你回信、出题、写周信和导入。详见 隐私政策。删除是硬删。
使用规范
只上传你自己有权上传的内容；不用它做违法的事；不试图绕过配额或访问别人的数据。违反时我们可以停用账号。
免责与变更
服务按现状提供；我们尽力但不保证不中断、不出错。条款有改动会更新上面的生效日期，重大改动会在 app 里提示。
经营主体：Eventaly LLC（美国）。管辖法律：美国特拉华州（Delaware）法律；争议先协商，协商不成提交特拉华州法院。

What it is
FlipWrite is an iOS app for handwritten journaling: you write on paper, flip the phone back, take a photo, and it reads your page and writes you a short letter. Writing is always free; the letter back is what you pay for.
Free and Premium
- Always free: prompts, the flip timer, "I wrote, that counts", the archive, export (pages included), settings.
- Premium (one tier, everything): reading + the letter, weekly letters, prompts and letters with memory, the morning push, importing an old notebook (1,000 pages a year included).
Subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing App Store subscription: $14.99 / month or $99.99 / year (local prices as shown in the App Store).
- Both plans include a 7-day free trial, starting when you first tap "Read it, write me back" and confirm the subscription. You are charged for the plan you chose when the trial ends, then at each renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, unless cancelled before then.
- Cancel in iOS Settings › your Apple account › Subscriptions. Access continues to the end of the paid period; no refund for the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Creator offer codes grant the free period printed on the code, once per Apple account, then renew on the chosen plan.
- After a subscription lapses you can keep writing; "Read it" shows the subscription page again, and no letter you cannot read is generated.
Quotas
Per person per day: 6 reads, 3 "from what I wrote lately" prompt sets, 2 weekly letters. Importing an old notebook includes 1,000 pages a year. Beyond that you see one line, not a charge.
What the letter is, and is not
- The letter is model-generated: at most three sentences, quoting one phrase of yours, one question. It gives no advice, no comfort, no judgement, no diagnosis. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice.
- The one exception: when what you wrote signals self-harm or harm to others, one line with a local helpline appears under the letter. That is not a diagnosis, just a phone number.
- Handwriting recognition makes mistakes. Unreadable words are marked [?]; obvious spelling is fixed and listed; names, numbers and dates are left as written. You can edit the transcript at any time.
Your content
Everything you write is yours. We do not own it, share it, or train models on it; we use it only to write back, ask, write the weekly letter and import. See the privacy policy. Deletion is a hard delete.
Acceptable use
Upload only what you have the right to upload; do not use the service for anything unlawful; do not try to bypass quotas or reach anyone else's data. We may suspend an account that does.
Disclaimer and changes
The service is provided as is; we do our best but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes move the effective date above; material changes are announced in the app.
Operated by Eventaly LLC, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States; disputes go first to good-faith discussion, then to the courts of Delaware.
