写信到 hello@flipwrite.app，两个工作日内回。
- 退款找 Apple：reportaproblem.apple.com。

I flipped the phone and the clock did not start
Place it face down flat on the table and wait 2 seconds; it buzzes once. A thick case or a bag can hide the flip from the sensor — a Start button then appears, which does the same thing. The clock never rings; flip back whenever you want to look.
The page will not read
Flat on the table, good light, one page per photo, up to 4. The system scanner straightens and de-shadows; pick from the library if the scanner will not open. Otherwise "type it instead", or "skip the photo, I wrote" — the day still counts.
[?] in the transcript, or a word changed
[?] marks an unreadable word; tap "edit transcript" to fill it in. Only obvious spelling is fixed, and every fix is listed ("N spelling fixes"); names, numbers and dates are never changed. Undo any fix in the same place.
Subscription, trial, refunds
- Writing is always free; the letter back is $14.99 / month or $99.99 / year with a 7-day free trial.
- Cancel in iOS Settings › your Apple account › Subscriptions, or "Manage subscription" in the app. Access continues to the end of the period.
- Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple).
- New phone or reinstall: "Restore purchases" in settings.
Export, delete
Export markdown any time from settings (copy, or to your inbox); "delete all pages" removes photos only; "delete account" removes everything at once and cannot be undone — export first.
Which day is a 2 a.m. entry?
Before 4 a.m. counts as the day before, in your time zone (changeable in settings).
